Our Cancellation Policy
If We Cancel
Due to the nature of nature (especially in the Calgary region) we may, from time to time, have to cancel a trip on short notice. This may be due to extreme temperatures and/or extreme weather warnings. In these instances, you’re eligible for your choice of either a full refund or a credit for a comparable trip to be used at another time.
If a trip fails to meet the minimum requirement of 3 participants paid in full 60 hours before the scheduled trip, we reserve the right to postpone. In this case, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit as above and will be notified by e-mail two days before the scheduled trip. For example: If the minimum requirement of 3 participants for a Saturday trip is not met by Wednesday evening, we may decide to postpone the trip. In this case, you will be notified via email by Thursday morning.
If You need to cancel
Cancellations received from a client within the 48 hour period before a scheduled event will not be refunded* but can be transferred. Cancellations received more than 48 hours before an event will be offered a credit for a future trip or refunded their original purchase amount minus a 4% processing fee.
*We understand that unexpected life events can come up and result in last-minute cancellations. If you experience this, please contact us directly for a resolution.
