Frequently Asked Questions

Before you book:

  • We’re looking to share our studio with other fitness and health professionals like personal trainers, group fitness instructors, nutritionists, coaches, physiotherapists and more.

  • When you book our studio, you and your group never have to worry about sharing the space and equipment with anyone else. For the duration of your reserved time slot, the space is yours.

  • We are not offering shared studio booking at the moment. We wanted to keep things simple, reserving the space to one trainer/ group at any given time for one fee.

Booking The Studio

  • You’ll have to meet with one of our team members before making your first studio booking. Reach out to us by phone during business hours or fill out an appointment request form for on boarding.

  • One you’re been onboarded, you’ll be able to book the studio. You’ll be provided with all our contact info and links to quickly book the studio on-demand.

  • We are open from 6 am to 9 pm, with reservable 55 minute time slots starting on the hour. Please make sure that your sessions end before the next hour.

  • A 5 minute gap is left between each booking time slot to allow time between each class for tidying and cleaning. While we aren’t complete sticklers, we do ask that your session end before the following hour starts.

    Staying outside of your reserved studio time can affect another trainer/group’s session and can result in revoked studio privileges.

  • Yes, you may cancel a booking. If the cancellation is made within the cancellation period, as agreed upon during on boarding.

Before Your Session

  • Before your first studio session, make sure you’ve filled our and signed our waivers and policy agreement.

  • Yes, we strongly encourage that your ensure all participants sign a waiver before your first session. This is an important step that only ever has to be done once per client. A signed waiver is mandatory before using the facility.
