Douglas Fir Trail Stomp & Stretch

Join us for a Child and Family friendly Socially Distanced outdoor activity, while we explore the heart of our very own city. The Douglas Fir Trail is a hidden gem of old growth forest between the back of the lovely community of Wild Wood and the Bow river. Starting from the south parking lot of Edworthy Park, the trail is a moderately challenging 5.8k round trip (1.5 - 2.5 hrs depending on group). Following our return to the trail head, we will have a 20min yoga inspired stretch session run by one of our hike leaders!
