Pack your mat, a snack and some water, and join us for an evening in the forest without leaving the city. Let nature renew you next hump day to launch you to a great finish for the week by unwinding with us as we wind through Wildwood on the Douglas Fir Trail. Meetup at 6 p.m at Angel's Cafe

The hike is fairly advanced and will take us about 3.5km through an old growth Forest Grove in the Heart of the City. After the hike we will lead you through an optional 30 minute yoga / stretch session. Suggested donation is $10 and will go directly to support the Ride To Conquer Cancer. Click below to donate!
